عَنْ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ
رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عِنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّي
اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: ((لاَ يَحِلُّ دَمُ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ
إِلاَّ بِإِحْدَى ثَلاَثٍ، الثَّـيِّبُ الزَّانِي، وَالنَّفْسُ
بِالنَّفْسِ، وَالتَّارِكُ لِدِينِهِ الْمُفَارِقُ
لِلْجَمَاعَةِ.))
رواه البخاري [ رقم : 6878 ]، ومسلم [ رقم : 1676 ].

HADIS 14
Daripada lbnu Mas'uud r.a. beliau berkata:
Rasulullah SAW telah bersabda: "Darah seseorang muslim tidak
halal kecuali dengan salah satu dari tiga perkara; janda yang
berzina, nyawa dengan nyawa dan orang yang meninggalkan agamanya
yang memisahkan diri daripada jamaah." |

HADITH 14
On the authority of Abdullah bin Masud narrated that the
messenger of Allah said: "The blood of a Muslim may not be
legally spilt other than in one of three [instances] : the
married person who commits adultery; a life for a life; and one
who forsakes his religion and abandons the community." |
